Sharing requirements between multiple products is a problem. pure::variants Synchronizer for DOORS® solves this problem.

Modules in DOORS® are imported as pure::variants Feature Models. No work is required in DOORS® to support this step.

Additional relations between requirements that have not been, or cannot be, represented in DOORS® are then modelled in pure::variants e.g. the fact that one requirement depends on another requirement.

Individual product variants are specified in pure::variants and the results stored in DOORS® modules to record which requirements map to which variants.
