User Centred Design Gathering was an online event that brought together user-centred design and research practitioners from the UK, Europe and beyond. It ran for 3 years, hosting a mixture of workshops, talks, discussions and case studies to provide inspiring and practical takeaways to the UCD community.

UCD Gathering was created during the pandemic and ran for 3 editions. While seeing each other in person was not possible, we created an online event that replicated our in-person event experience and held a space for the community to connect safely.

UCD Gathering focused on practical and inspiring sessions for user-centred professionals. The event included a mixture of inspiring keynotes, practical tutorials, engaging live sessions, interactive group sessions, speaker Q&A’s, and an all-important hallway track.

UCD Gathering brought together communities from UX Scotland, UX Cambridge, UX in the City: Manchester, UX in the City: Oxford, Service Design in Government, Service Design in Business and Service Design in Health.
